For whom is the training for?
This training is for you if you want to evolve from a facilitator to a strategic influencer and take your Scrum Master skills to the next level. You are already experienced in the world of agile development, but you need a deeper understanding of how to support teams, stakeholders and the organisation towards truly value-added activities.
You will learn how to solve complex challenges, develop self-direction in teams and strengthen collaboration across team boundaries. You’ll get concrete tools for facilitation, coaching and supporting organizational agility – while preparing for Scrum.org’s PSM-II certification.
More information to participants
- Mastery of Agile and Scrum fundamentals is a prerequisite. The training does not go into Scrum in depth, but covers topics that enable Scrum teams to work in the best possible way.
- Remote training (and hybrid training for remote participants) will make use of virtual whiteboards (e.g. Mural/Miro), in which case proficiency in their use will be an advantage.
- The training material is in English.
- The training prepares participants to take the Scrum.org Level 2 Professional Scrum Master (PSM-II) certification test after the training as an online test. One attempt of the certification test is included in the training price.
