At the heart of product ownership - the keys to agile success
In a business environment where change is the only constant, the role of product ownership is indispensable. This training is specifically designed for you who want to lead product development in an agile and customer-oriented way. You will gain an in-depth understanding of Scrum principles, the role of the product owner and concrete tools to prioritise, optimise and develop products strategically.
The training focuses on customer-centric product design, value maximisation and development pipeline management. During the two-day training you will learn the core concepts of Scrum, practice agile in practice and prepare for the internationally highly valued Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification.
Understanding the basics of scrum is a pre-requisite. So please read the Scrum Guide well before the course. You may also have achieved the necessary skills through work experience.
The course fee includes an online test in English called Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I). You can take the test from your own computer at a time of your choice.
We offer you the opportunity to learn the basics of Scrum at a significantly reduced price (350 € compared to the normal price of 890 €). To benefit from this discount, please mention ”PO participation” in the additional information field when registering for the Scrum fundamentals course.
