In this training, you will delve into the PRINCE2® project management methodology according to its latest version (7th edition). After completing the training, you will be able to utilize this project management framework in your own projects, whether as a project manager or a team member. Additionally, this training prepares you to take the PRINCE2 7 Foundation certification exam, should you choose to do so. The latest version, PRINCE2 7, was released in September 2023.
PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is one of the most widely used process-based methods for efficient project management. True to its name, PRINCE2 aims to create a well-controlled environment for executing projects using proven best practices. Originally developed in the UK and within the ICT sector, this project management methodology has since spread globally (used in over 150 countries) across all sectors. Over one million project professionals have been certified in the PRINCE2 methodology.
