Financial skills for non-financial professionals is an insightful, useful, fun and challenging financial education. The day will move from personal finances to company/organisation figures - in an inspiring, motivating and eye-opening way.

In the training, the fundamentals and implications of finance are opened up in teams by managing a business and the intricacies of the income statement and balance sheet are put into plain language.

Learning methods and materials

The learning process is a goal-oriented process of dialogue between the trainer and the students. A role-playing Rodeo® economic simulation and computer graphics will be used.
