Arrival instructions
Starting Monday, October 21, 2024, our office will be located in Espoo’s Keilaranta, within the shared premises of Professio Group at Keilaranta 1 A, 02150 Espoo. From now on, our training sessions will be held in both Espoo’s Keilaranta and Helsinki’s Ruoholahti.

In Helsinki, our training facilities are located at Meeting Park OASIS Ruoholahti, conveniently accessible right next to the Ruoholahti metro station. You can find detailed arrival instructions here.
For those arriving by car, paid parking is available near both training locations.
FAQ
The easiest way to sign up is to click on the ”Ilmoittaudu” (sign up) button on the right side of the course description page or contact the chat service.
You can also sign up via e-mail by contacting info@tieturi.fi. Remember to specify the course that you wish to attend (course name and date) as well as precise company and invoicing details.
You can also sign up by calling +358 (0)10 4321 000.
Once the training is confirmed, you will receive an invitation via e-mail approximately one week in advance including some additional information on practical matters.
If the training has to be rescheduled, we will inform you along with any further details one week prior to the course. In the event of a sudden cancellation, e.g., if the trainer falls ill, we will call you.

At Keilaranta, you can find parking spaces in the EuroPark parking garage next to the Keilaranta 1 Business Park. The entrance to the parking garage is from the yard of the adjacent building. Parking spaces are paid. You can find more information about EuroPark here.
In Ruoholahti, you can park in the P-Ruoholahti or Ruohopark parking garages, located about 150 meters from our training facilities.
Oh yes! Our PCs are connected to the internet, and if you are using your own device, you have the use of free Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi password is available in all classrooms.
Training days start at 9 am and end around 4 or 4.30 pm. However, we recommend that you check the exact start and end dates of your course when registering and in the course confirmation message, as the timetable may vary.
The course fee includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee. Breakfast is available before the training day from 8.30 to 9.00.
We are doing our best to ensure that your training experience is a success, and we develop our operations based on the feedback we receive.
We will send a link to the feedback survey via e-mail during the last day of the course. We would greatly appreciate your response.

No. If computers are required for training, they will be available in class. If you wish, you may bring your computer with you, but please let us know in advance if you are planning on using your own computer for programming training. You can also utilize your own computer for reading advance material for all courses.
Participants of open training will receive an electronic course certificate by email within a week. You can download, print and share the certificate on social media if you wish. You will also receive instructions on how to use the certificate and the possibility to check and correct your data.
If you do not receive it or if you have any questions, you can ask our training coordinators by email at info@tieturi.fi. In your message, please mention which training course you have participated in (course name and date) and your contact details.
Terms of delivery
Invoicing
We invoice for training at the time of registration/order. All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
Invoicing Fee
An invoicing fee of €12 + VAT will be added to all registrations and offers. The invoicing fee is charged per invoice. The fee does not apply to credit card payments made in the online store.
Terms of
cancellation
Registrations can be canceled free of charge within one month of registration, provided the cancellation is made at least five weeks before the start of the training/event.
If you are unable to attend, we recommend transferring your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Participant substitutions can be made up until the start of the training. If no substitute can be found, you may transfer your registration once to another training or event of equal or lower value. This transfer must be made no later than two (2) weeks before the start of the training/event.
Courses of 1–5 days
If participation is canceled entirely at least two (2) weeks before the start of the training or event, we will charge an administrative fee of 15% + VAT of the participation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. In case of illness, 15% + VAT of the participation fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
Courses of more than 5 days
If participation is canceled entirely at least three (3) weeks before the start of the training or event, we will charge an administrative fee of 15% + VAT of the participation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. In case of illness, 15% + VAT of the participation fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
QA Trainings and Resold Courses
If participation is canceled entirely at least three (3) weeks before the start of the training or event, we will charge an administrative fee of 15% + VAT of the participation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. In case of illness, 15% + VAT of the participation fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
Webinars
Free webinars are not charged, and most webinars provide participants with access to the recording.
Invited Guests
Invited guest spots are limited, and we kindly ask invited guests to notify us of any cancellation at least five (5) weeks before the event. A no-show fee of €150 + VAT will be charged for unnotified absences to cover organizational costs. Guest invitations are personal and event-specific, and they cannot be transferred to another person. Please notify our customer service in writing of any cancellations or changes.
We reserve the right to make changes.
