Improve your strategic product ownership
Product ownership is not just about filling backlogs and prioritising. It's the ability to lead the direction of the product, ensure customer value is maximised and make decisions that directly impact business success. Product Owner II training is designed for you if you want to become a strategic product owner, deepen your understanding of the customer and manage value creation in a more holistic way. You will learn how to clarify and effectively communicate the product vision to stakeholders, how to explore customer needs and test assumptions in an agile way, and how to prioritise the backlog in line with business objectives. You'll also gain the skills to select the right metrics to prove value, so you can measure and maximise product impact.
After the training, you will be ready to complete the PSPO-II certification, which will validate your knowledge of value creation and agile product development.
If you are an experienced Product Owner without certification, you can purchase both the Product Owner I and Product Owner II training courses at the same time at a reduced price of 2745 € + VAT (normally 3280 € + VAT). To claim the discount, please mention "Product Owner combined" in the additional information field of the registration form.
