Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM®) exam 

  • This exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions 
  • Candidates have 60 minutes to finish the exam 
  • It is an open-book exam, allowing the use of provided materials only 
  • To pass, candidates need to achieve a minimum score of 65%: at least 26 out of 40 questions must be answered correctly
